This is a fantastic opportunity for local athletes to develop their skills and elevate their game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dates:<\/strong> November 19, 2023 &#8211; February 25, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong> Just <strong>$80 per player<\/strong> (CMLA is covering the floor time costs!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Age Groups:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2009-2012<\/strong> (U13-U15)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2013-2016<\/strong> (U9-U11)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Training Schedule:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NLPT (Private Group) Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Saturdays, November 25, 2023 &#8211; February 24, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U9-U11:<\/strong> 2:30 PM &#8211; 3:30 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U13-U15:<\/strong> 3:30 PM &#8211; 4:30 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On-floor Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Sundays, November 19, 2023 &#8211; February 25, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U9-U11 (Nov-Dec):<\/strong> 12:00 PM &#8211; 1:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U9-U11 (Jan-Feb):<\/strong> 1:00 PM &#8211; 2:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U13-U15 (Nov-Dec):<\/strong> 1:00 PM &#8211; 2:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U13-U15 (Jan-Feb):<\/strong> 2:00 PM &#8211; 3:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Training Locations:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NLPT Training:<\/strong> 460 Thompson Drive, Cambridge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On-floor Training:<\/strong> Royal City Ball Hockey, 133 Woodlawn Road East, Guelph<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Registration Info:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Limited Spots Available!<\/strong> The first <strong>30 players<\/strong> per age group will be accepted, totaling <strong>60 players<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How to Register:<\/strong> Watch for updates on <strong>CMLA\u2019s social media<\/strong> (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and their website under <strong>Cambridge Highlanders Lacrosse<\/strong>.
