{"id":2951,"date":"2023-07-20T01:25:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-20T00:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ontariotogether.ca\/?p=2951"},"modified":"2025-02-25T03:05:27","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T03:05:27","slug":"the-cambridge-food-drive-initiative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ontariotogether.ca\/index.php\/2023\/07\/20\/the-cambridge-food-drive-initiative\/","title":{"rendered":"The Cambridge Food Drive Initiative"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Stuff a Van Food Drives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Join us for the upcoming &#8220;Stuff a Van&#8221; food drives at local grocery stores this August and September:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>August 12th, 13th, 26th, &amp; 27th<\/strong>: 10 AM \u2013 4 PM at Zehrs on Hespeler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>September 9th<\/strong>: 10 AM \u2013 3 PM at Foodland Ayr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Cambridge Food Bank<\/strong><br>Founded in 1985 during a challenging economic time, the Cambridge Food Bank serves over 156,000 people in the City of Cambridge and North Dumfries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer healthy food and support through our downtown Galt location, as well as satellite sites in Hespeler and Preston. Our services include emergency food assistance and the Mobile Food Market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are more than just a food bank. We offer wellness programs, partner with community agencies, and work to remove the stigma of food assistance.
