We’re excited to share that Cambridge Minor Lacrosse is offering a High Performance Training program this winter, open to all Cambridge residents! This is a fantastic opportunity for local athletes to develop their skills and elevate their game.
Program Details:
- Dates: November 19, 2023 – February 25, 2024
- Cost: Just $80 per player (CMLA is covering the floor time costs!)
Age Groups:
- 2009-2012 (U13-U15)
- 2013-2016 (U9-U11)
Training Schedule:
NLPT (Private Group) Training:
- Dates: Saturdays, November 25, 2023 – February 24, 2024
- U9-U11: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- U13-U15: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
On-floor Training:
- Dates: Sundays, November 19, 2023 – February 25, 2024
- U9-U11 (Nov-Dec): 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- U9-U11 (Jan-Feb): 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- U13-U15 (Nov-Dec): 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- U13-U15 (Jan-Feb): 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Training Locations:
- NLPT Training: 460 Thompson Drive, Cambridge
- On-floor Training: Royal City Ball Hockey, 133 Woodlawn Road East, Guelph
Registration Info:
- Limited Spots Available! The first 30 players per age group will be accepted, totaling 60 players.
