Little Heaven is a powerful new musical set in 1947, two years after the war that reshaped Europe. Set in the Polish village of Maeł Niebo, a sanctuary for the displaced and impoverished, the story follows the residents as they rebuild their lives through song and verse. Written by mother-daughter duo Lori and Piper Distel, the musical explores themes of resilience, community, and the enduring impact of history. By addressing issues of tragedy and prejudice, Little Heaven serves as a moving call for empathy and reflection on the consequences of injustice. While the production tackles sensitive topics, parents and guardians are encouraged to assess its suitability for younger audiences.
